Shadow Dancing

Updated: Jul 5, 2023

Shivering in blood black sweat.

Shadows lerking, beg beget.

Horror clouds,

Hate 'n' anger, still unspent.

Eat & gnaw at my crying sobbing soul.

Crying out,

Crying out; reconsole.

I see a distant shinining light, a herald sun.

Offers warmth when this cold war's done.

Sweet tickled heart, lures me to play.

One choice,

One path,

In trust,

I pray.

So the shadow dance begins.

Into the depths of my mortal sins.

To purge 'n' cleanse one darkened story,

In anger, rage to claim my glory.

I am the warmth still yet undone.

I am the light the herald sun.
